Filet Of Salmon With Yogurt Dill Sauce
Ingredients -
Salmon:
4 (5 ounces each) Salmon Filets, skinned
4 sprigs of Fresh Dill
juice from 1 Lemon Wedge
2 tablespoons White Wine (optional)
Salt and White Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Butter

Sauce:
8 ounces Plain Yogurt
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon of Dried Dill OR 1 tablespoon Fresh chopped Dill
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Place salmon fillets in glass baking dish.

3. Place a tiny piece of butter on each fillet.

4. Place dill sprig on top of butter pieces.

5. Sweason salmon with salt and pepper.

6. Squeeze lemon juice over fillets and drizzle with white wine.

7. Bake 15 minutes.

Sauce:
1. Whisk plain yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, and cayenne.

2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
