Fresh salmon fillets, small carrot strips, brown sugar, sesame oil, and garlic and ginger spread are sealed in foil bag. Salmon is grilled using the indirect method of grilling (on the grill rack, but not
directly over the coals).
Ingredients -
2 Fresh Salmon Fillets
1 Carrot, cut in to small strips
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Garlic and Ginger spread
1 Foil Bag
Preparation:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Add salmon fillets, carrot strips, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger spread to foil bag.
3. Seal foil bag.
4. Grill indirectly 20-25 minutes. Salmon should flake easily.

Unwrap purchased fish, place on a plate, re-wrap and refrigerate up to 24 hours until ready to use.
