Grilled Salmon Burgers

Salmon burgers prepared from mixture of ground salmon, Dijon mustard, fresh lime zest, minced ginger, chopped fresh cilantro, and low-sodium soy sauce. Patties are shaped and seasoned with coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper. Grilled burger patties are garnished with lime wedges and chopped fresh cilantro.

Ingredients -
1 pound Skinless Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Lime Zest
1 tablespoon minced Ginger
1 tablespoon chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 teaspoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
Coarse Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Fresh Lime Wedges
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the grill.

2. Coarsely grind the salmon in a food processor and transfer it to a mixing bowl.

3. Add the next 6 ingredients, mixing thoroughly.

4. Divide the mixture into four balls.

5. Form each ball into a patty and season to taste with salt and pepper.

6. Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side, turning once.

7. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.

Hand racks are great for holding delicate foods. Some racks have hinges so you can close the rack over foods for easy turning. Be careful as these racks get very hot.
