1. Preheat the grill.
2. Coarsely grind the salmon in a food processor and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
3. Add the next 6 ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
4. Divide the mixture into four balls.
5. Form each ball into a patty and season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. Grill the patties for 4 minutes per side, turning once.
7. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
