Grilled Salmon With Honey Mustard Glaze

Salmon fillets are brushed with oil and seasoned with salt and pepper. Prepared fillets are grilled over medium heat until cooked through and edges begin to brown. Grilled salmon is brushed with glaze prepared from honey, dry mustard, warm water, soy sauce, coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients -

6 ounces Salmon Fillets, brushed with oil
2 tablespoons Honey
2 pinches Dry Mustard
2 tablespoons Water, warm
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
pinch Salt, to taste
pinch Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste

 
Preparation:

Honey Mustard Glaze:
1. Combine honey, dry mustard, water, and soy sauce in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Salmon Preparation:
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Grill salmon 3-4 minutes. Turn and grill 3-4 additional minutes.

4. Remove from grill. Brush salmon fillet top with glaze and serve.

Purchasing Whole Salmon
Whole salmon should be firm, have all scales intact, and the skin should be shiny. The salmon should smell mildly fishy, but not be offensive.
