1. Cook fettuccine noodles as directed by packaging.
2. Add unsalted butter to skillet. Melt over medium heat.
3. Sauté sliced zucchini and sliced mushrooms in melted butter.
4. Add flour and milk to small bowl. Stir to combine.
5. Stir flour mixture into skillet.
6. Stir until sauce thickens.
7. Add cooked, flaked salmon, peas, dried oregano, chopped fresh parsley, salt and pepper to skillet.
8. Cook until just warmed through.
9. Serve over fettuccine noodles.
