Salmon Steaks with Tarragon Sauce

Grilled salmon steaks served with sauce made from sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped fresh tarragon leaves, minced garlic, and coarse salt.

Ingredients -
1/3 cup Sour Cream
2 tablespoons Real Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon chopped Fresh Tarragon Leaves
1 Garlic Clove, minced
dash Coarse Salt
2 Salmon Steaks, 1 inch thick
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat grill over medium heat.

2. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped fresh tarragon leaves, minced garlic, and coarse salt to small bowl. Stir to combine.

3. Place salmon steaks on lightly oiled grill grate.

4. Grill 6 minutes, turn and grill additional 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

5. Remove salmon from grill to serving platter.

6. Serve salmon with tarragon sauce.

 



Salmon Tips -
Coconut

Place fresh coconut wedges and pieces directly over low coal heat and grill until light brown. As a treat, dip pieces into melted chocolate.

Grilling Fruit

When grilling fruit, brush pieces with melted butter or drizzle with light oil during grilling to keep the fruit from sticking to grill grate and add a little extra flavor.
